Terms of Service & Insurance Policy

Thank you for choosing Cannabis Delivery UK. These Terms of Service & Insurance Policy govern your access to and use of our website Cannabis Dispensary UK as well as your purchase, delivery, and insurance of cannabis derived and related products. By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Definitions

  • Customer: any individual or entity placing an order via the Site.
  • Approved Insurance Certificate (AIC): the document issued upon payment of the insurance fee, permitting your order to be dispatched.
  • Controlled Substances: cannabis, cannabidiol (CBD), tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), hexahydrocannabinol (HHC) and all cannabinoids regulated under the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 and associated legislation.
  • Delivery Agent: the person or courier delivering your order.

Eligibility & Prescription Requirement

  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally entitled to possess Class B substances in the UK.
  • Prescription Holders: If you possess a valid UK NHS prescription or Home Office licence for medical cannabis, you do not need to pay the AIC fee, simply upload or email your prescription at checkout or send to the customer service provider.
  • Non-Prescription Customers: If you do not possess a valid prescription, you must pay the one time AIC fee (see section 4) before we can ship any THC, CBD, HHC or cannabis derived product.

Insurance Certificate Requirement

  1. Mandatory AIC
    • From 5th September 2024, all orders containing THC or other controlled cannabinoids require presentation of a valid AIC to the Delivery Agent.
    • This ensures compliance with domestic control measures under the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971.
  2. How to Obtain Your AIC
    • Contact our admin team at cannabishubuk@gmail.com or WhatsApp to arrange payment.
    • Pay the refundable insurance fee of GBP £350 (one-time, first order ONLY).
    • Upon receipt, we’ll issue your AIC via email and make it available in your account to use for future purchases without having t0 pay for the AIC Fee.
    • Present a printed or electronic copy of your AIC at delivery to get your refunds.

NOTE: CUSTOMERS MUST EITHER HAVE A VALID PRESCRIPTION OR PAY THE REFUNDABLE AIC FEE. AND WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR ORDERS WHICH HAVE BEEN PROCESSED ALREADY BUT THERE ARE EXCEPTIONS FOR ORDERS ABOVE £350

Insurance Fee & Refunds

  • Fee Amount: GBP £350, payable in advance by non prescription customers.
  • Refund Options:
    • Undamaged delivery: Full GBP £350 refunded when you hand over your AIC to the Delivery Agent.
    • Loss or damage: You’ll receive the declared value of your Products plus the GBP £350 fee.
  • Refund Method: Cash or bank transfer—specify your preference to admin when paying.

5. Ordering and Delivery

  1. Placing an Order:
    • Select Products, proceed to checkout; if you lack a prescription, contact admin to pay the GBP £350 AIC fee.
    • Receive order confirmation and AIC via email.
  2. Delivery:
    • Present your AIC upon delivery.
    • Without a valid AIC, the Delivery Agent may withhold your order.

  1. What is the AIC and why do I need it?
    The Approved Insurance Certificate verifies that you’ve paid the refundable insurance fee, meeting UK control-measure requirements for THC and cannabis derivatives.
  2. Do I have to pay the GBP £350 fee if I have a prescription?
    No—valid NHS prescriptions or Home Office licences exempt you from the fee. Simply upload or email your prescription at checkout or send a copy to the customer service provider.
  3. How do I pay the GBP £350 fee?
    Contact our admin at cannabishubuk@gmail.com for payment instructions (Bank Transfer or Crypto Currency).
  4. Is the GBP £350 fee refundable?
    Yes. Upon successful, undamaged delivery, present your AIC to the Delivery Agent for a Full Refund.
  5. What happens if my package is lost or damaged?
    You’ll be reimbursed both the declared value of your Products and the GBP £350 AIC fee.
  6. How often must I purchase the AIC?
    Only once. After your first order, you won’t be asked to pay again.
  7. What if I don’t have an AIC?
    We cannot ship your order. Possession of THC or its derivatives without compliance may lead to legal penalties under UK law, you can keep on hold and proceed later when you are ready.
  8. Does the AIC provide legal advice?
    No. It offers general guidance on controlled drugs and derivatives; for legal counsel, consult a qualified solicitor.

7. Regulatory Compliance

  • Controlled Drug Status: Cannabis and certain cannabinoids (e.g., Δ9-THC, cannabinol) are Class B drugs under the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971.
  • CBD Products: While pure CBD is not controlled, most consumer products contain trace controlled cannabinoids and are regulated as Class B.
  • Legal Disclaimer: These Terms and your AIC provide general guidance only and are not legal advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses.
  • Our maximum liability will not exceed your order’s purchase price plus the GBP £350 AIC fee.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By ordering, you consent to this processing and warrant that your information is accurate.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will bear a new “Effective Date” and be posted on the Site. Continued use indicates acceptance.
