Overview of Policy Coverage

This policy explains how you can request refunds or returns for products purchased via Cannabis Dispensary UK. It applies to all physical cannabis-derived products (including THC, CBD, HHC, edibles, tinctures, and topicals).

Refund Eligibility

You must notify us within seven calendar days of your scheduled delivery date to be eligible for a refund or return. Eligible products must be unused and unopened in their original packaging, and you must provide your order confirmation or delivery note.
Non-refundable items include products showing signs of tampering or improper storage after delivery, customized bundles or bespoke mixes, and any promotional items received free of charge.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Email Cannabisbubuk@gmail.com with the subject line “Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”.

  • Include your order number, delivery date, and a brief reason for the return. Attach clear photographs for damaged or incorrect items.

  • Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization and our warehouse address. Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Returned products are inspected within three business days of receipt, after which we will notify you of the outcome.

Refund Methods & Timing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method you stated when placing your order. You can expect your refund to appear in your account within 2–3 business days of receiving our approval confirmation.

Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange over a refund:

  • State your exchange preference in your initial return request and specify the desired replacement item.

  • The same seven-day notification window and product-condition requirements apply.

  • You cover return shipping; we cover the cost of sending the replacement item.

Damaged or Defective Items

For damaged or defective products, we will send a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund if a replacement is unavailable. To qualify, email clear photographs of the damage or defect—along with your order number and delivery date—to Cannabisbubuk@gmail.com within seven days of delivery.

Order Cancellations

If your order is already being processed for dispatch or the driver has been dispatched, we cannot offer a refund. In such cases, you have the option to place your order on hold and complete it later when you’re ready. To arrange a hold, please contact us at Cannabisbubuk@gmail.com.
